About the Studio
We work with florals, custom fabrication and mixed materials to create spaces that people actually remember.
Some projects stay for years. Others are built for a single night. Either way, we approach them the same: thoughtfully designed and built to make an impact.

About
Halima Adetona, Founder
The Floral Guru is led by Halima, a designer known for creating large-scale installations that balance visual impact with thoughtful execution. Her work sits at the intersection of design, structure, and experience—where florals, custom fabrication, and mixed materials are used to shape how people move through and remember a space.

With an MBA from Georgetown and a background spanning finance and HR, Halima brings a strategic, systems-driven lens to every project. That perspective shows up early in the process: understanding context, defining constraints, and designing within real-world parameters—budgets, timelines, scale, and longevity.

The studio partners with restaurant groups, creative directors, and brand teams who value a design collaborator that thinks beyond aesthetics—considering how materials perform, how spaces function, and how environments influence perception and experience over time.
