Victory is a long-standing client for us and one we’ve partnered with across multiple cities — including Washington, DC, Atlanta, Houston and now Miami. Each location has its own personality, but the throughline is the same: bold design, strong identity and spaces that feel like destinations.
The Miami project was one of the most extensive we’ve completed with the Victory team. Rather than a single moment or seasonal overlay, this was a full exterior and interior transformation designed to elevate the restaurant from the street all the way through the dining experience.

Reimagining the Exterior

We began with the exterior, focusing on both aesthetics and long-term functionality. The existing live plants required constant maintenance, so we replaced them with high-quality permanent greenery that delivered the same lush look with far less upkeep.
To define the space, we designed a custom fencing system that felt distinctly Miami — sleek, modern and architectural rather than utilitarian. Working closely with our welder, we created black metal laser-cut panels that wrapped the perimeter and extended into a custom entry door using the same pattern language. The result maintained an open, indoor-outdoor feel while adding privacy and a strong visual identity from the sidewalk.
Planters were layered throughout the exterior to soften the structure and create a cohesive, immersive edge around the space.

Designing the Interior Experience

Inside, we collaborated with the Victory team to design a ceiling installation that built on what the brand is already known for — dramatic, lush overhead moments that immediately set the tone.
The ceiling was designed to feel intentional rather than decorative, framing the dining area and reinforcing Victory’s signature atmosphere. Every element was considered in relation to the architecture and flow of the space, ensuring the installation enhanced the experience without overwhelming it.

A Cohesive, Brand-Driven Result

What made this project especially meaningful was the level of trust and collaboration. Having worked together across multiple cities, we were able to approach Victory Miami holistically — not as a single installation, but as a complete environment.
From custom fabrication and permanent greenery to ceiling installations and exterior structures, this project reflects how we approach restaurant design: layered, durable and deeply tied to how people move through and experience a space.
Victory Miami now stands as a fully realized expression of the brand — one that feels fresh, elevated and unmistakably Miami.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you redesign both the interior and exterior of a restaurant?

Yes. The Floral Guru creates complete restaurant transformations, including exterior façades, permanent greenery, custom fabrication, ceiling installations, and interior design features that work together as one cohesive guest experience.

Do you create custom architectural features as part of a restaurant renovation?

Absolutely. We regularly design and fabricate custom elements such as laser-cut privacy screens, decorative fencing, feature walls, planters, and other architectural details that complement a restaurant's brand and layout.

Can permanent greenery be used instead of live plants?

Yes. High-quality permanent greenery provides the same lush appearance as live plants while significantly reducing ongoing maintenance, making it an excellent option for busy restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues.

.

Do you work with restaurant groups that have multiple locations?

Yes. We frequently partner with restaurant groups to create custom installations across multiple locations while adapting each design to reflect the character of the city, building, and surrounding neighborhood.

How do you make sure a restaurant transformation reflects our brand?

Every project begins with understanding your brand, customer experience, and operational needs. Rather than applying a standard design, we create custom environments that feel authentic to your restaurant while enhancing how guests experience the space.
